In Kirby, Ohio, 23 dogs, 1 dead, were taken from kennels at a condemned home. The site is believed to be a puppy mill. These dogs, mostly beagles, were left out in the bitter cold with little to know protection from the elements and frozen water in their bowls, leaving many of them dehydrated. Wyandott County Humane Society and Homeless to Home Animal Rescue have taken in the dogs.

The Tortorella Family Foundation is pleased to offer financial support to Wyandot County Humane for their lifesaving efforts and Homeless to Home Rescue for their help with these dogs. If you would like to help, please go to www.wyhumane.org for Wyandot County Humane Society and http://homelesstohome.com for Homeless to Home Animal Rescue.
