Norman was with the SPCA of Westchester for almost 2 years. He was a high-energy dog so he needed a patient, strong owner who would continue his training. The staff and volunteers worked very hard with him. If they hadn’t, who knows what would have happened because he was all over the place and would knock people over. He had a huge heart, though, and so badly wanted to please people so all the time and energy put in was well worth it when he found the most amazing home! What’s the saying…good things come to house who wait? It all made sense when he got adopted because although the poor guy had to wait a long time it was because he was clearly meant to be with his new family!
The couple who adopted him lived local at the time but then moved down to Florida and live on the beach, so Norman literally went from rags to riches!
