The Tortorella Foundation would like to welcome Rescue Dogs Rescue Soldiers to our family of Bear’s Angels. Through its program, Rikers Rovers, this amazing organization puts homeless animals together with selected juveniles at the Rikers Island Correctional Facility who train and care for them.
