Bernie is a wonderful young lab mix and is just over one year old. He’s a happy, playful boy once he gets to know you. Initially he can be very timid, but he is blossoming nicely and gaining confidence every day.

Bernie is great with other dogs and he loves playing with them. He arrived at the SPCA of Westchester with his brother Alvin, who’s also for adoption. Bernie would do especially well in a home with another dog. Since he is still on the shy side, a home with older children (14+) would be best for him. Go meet Bernie!
