Frankie is available for adoption from the SPCA of Westchester in NY.

Poor Frankie came to the SPCA of Westchester very skinny and with badly infected ears. As you can see, sadly, someone cropped his ears way too short in an attempt to make him look like a mean and scary dog, which ironically is the total opposite of Frankie, who is a total love bug! Although shy at first, Frankie warms up very quickly and is such a gentle, sweet guy. He is very laid back and just loves being in the company of people. He’d love a quiet home where he can be spoiled and given lots of TLC!
