Oliver is 5-year-old shih tzu/spaniel mix is 28 pounds of personality! He is a friendly, playful little guy who loves to be cuddled. He tends to jump up playfully when he’s excited, and can be possessive when it comes to his really good treats, so kids and other dogs are not a fit for this boy.
